Cookie-Cutter Tin-Pot Dictatorship

Imagine the possible outcome of that… Isolated pockets of ideologically pure groups, spread over a VAST distance and unable to organize. Barriers erected, both physical and mental, stopping the free flow of ideas and the communion of countrymen, matriarchs and mothers.

Laws passed to suppress one group of people are seen as frivolous and not impactful in ONE city, and in another… families are terrorized and live in fear, constantly keeping watch, to avoid being destroyed by a family member being deported to a country THEY’VE NEVER KNOWN.

But, that city that does not fear the unfair deportation of “OTHERS”, faces other laws that can destroy THEIR way of life. To artificially shift the judgement, shift the blame… to speak out against oppression is difficult to justify when “money is TIGHT”, and “good jobs are hard to find”…

“Keep your head down, don’t draw attention, and this, TOO, shall pass.”

When MOUTHS need fed and BILLS need paid, that fear of losing it ALL focuses the mind… just as intended.

The only hope for anyone trying to make ends meet, especially with dependents, is the STRENGTH found in a team. Two people, COMMITTED to making a family successful, working to make things better for themselves and also, the future…

“Let’s make sure HALF of the population can only make $0.75 on the dollar compared to the OTHER HALF.” — Lawmakers.

And as we see more families with TWO PARENTS working full-time jobs just to make ends meet, in the middle of it all stands the FUTURE of Our Nation, watching the insanity and only wanting ONE THING- To live in PEACE with their parents in safety.

But the answers they are given don’t seem to fit in with the realities they face. The anxiety at home due to the stress of the family, the anxiety at school due to the constant fear of the unknown assailant.

 

Q: Who knows BEST how to provide the safety these children need at school?

A: Wealthy, geriatric men in the District of Columbia who DEPEND on money from gun lobbies to get re-elected.

 

Q: Who knows BEST how to break the cycle of BOOM and BUST our financial institutions are ENABLING? When they SPECULATE on barrels of FUEL, or WHEAT for our BREAD, or CORN for our CATTLE… Who should be TRUSTED to legislate a SOUND framework, to protect BOTH the people AND the financial institutions from Criminal Behavior?

A: The ELECTED OFFICALS who rely on DONATIONS FROM the SAME financial institutions, and oil companies, and Agra-business. DONATIONS from organizations composed of a… Complex. Of producers and manufactures who supply the Military and Law Enforcement communities… FOR THEIR RE-ELECTION.

And, as we saw during the Occupy movement, Laws have been created to keep THAT to a minimum. Any susstained effort make REAL and LASTING fiscal policy change happen in the interest of THE PEOPLE is SILENCED by any means necessary.

So it seems pointless to SCREAM and SPEAK OUT, as a single mother loses her home to the bank through foreclosure, and as a grandmother is tossed from her home, with so little to fall back on… After a while, the story is repeated. A new face, another community. Houses boarded up, cul-de-sacs empty. “Things were just starting to turn around from the LAST TIME this happened.”

… and the time before that.

In times past… yes, back in my day… the knowledge of the past was a privileged resource, available only to those with the means to attain it. So, children with parents who had education and upward mobility would naturally be exposed to knowledge and receive guidance, but also take them TO THE KNOWLEDGE… at the library.

The ability to provide the opportunity to learn was dependent on the knowledge of the parents. Children of single-parent homes, or parents with minimal education, work MORE HOURS and have LESS TIME to devote to important support for their kids… and the CYCLE CONTINUED.

Today, the KNOWLEDGE OF THE PAST is fully available in the POCKET of EVERY CHILD. Where, as a child, I would ask questions of my parents and if they didn’t know, the out-of-date encyclopedia from 1971 MIGHT have the answer… The knowledge known only to a few in times past, is now TRIVIAL PURSUIT to the youth today. The political hypocrisy of the past is simply OUTDATED RHETORIC in the eyes of a kid with an iPhone-

“Abstinence is the best way to prevent STDs and unwanted pregnancy.”

“… statistics show that EDUCATION starting at an early age AND safe sex practices work more effectively… FALSE.”

 

“A ‘Good Guy’ with a gun is the answer to a ‘Bad Guy’ with a gun.”

“Hold on. Let me ask David Hogg about that one… he just said “that’s bullshit”.

 

The advancement of technology has SKEWED the playing field. The “adults” now have the knowledge and skills of a child, and the child now has the knowledge and TOOLS of a Statesman or a Diplomat.

The ability to deceive and successfully manipulate messages to fit different audiences has become an Historical Artifact, a relic of a time gone by. To “play to the base” inorder to secure a primary nomination, then swing your political views back to a moderate stance for the general election, is FANTASY in the era of live stream, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram.

GOOD RIDDANCE! to the liar and manipulator! Two-faced and deceptive, they play their games and keep score with the LIVES lost. They pick up the pieces that were lost by families who’s lives have been shaken and destroyed, put them back together, then sell them to the highest bidder… for personal gain.

And MOST of us can only GRIN and BEAR IT. Unable to do ANYTHING because we are the provider for a family, we swallow our pride… hoping to provide a strong foundation for OUR CHILDREN to one day RISE UP and DEMAND the change…

A Scout is Brave.

WHY are you so angry? Process it. Root it out. WHY are we triggered to anger when we’re told “others” are coming to take our jobs, our safety, our LIVES.

One answer: we are all crazy. Seriously, the way mental health is portrayed in most people’s lives, as a personal weakness if you have to go to a shrink. Some of us walk around in our daily lives wondering if we can find the inner strength to make it through one more day, and somehow seem to struggle through. And all the while, passing on the street, people coming and going without a passing glance, souls who have seen horrors we could not even imagine existed… and not quite as strong as ourselves. And but for the random chance of a passing stranger’s caring glance, or the stray alley cat with one ear missing rubbing against a leg. Maybe, not so bad…

Another answer- we’re being manipulated. Not just straight lying. That’s too easy to spot. You have to convince people to change their views, or they won’t be deeply held. Make an emotional connection with people’s inner soul, what makes ’em tick. Gotta hit ’em right where they live. Something they can relate to, from their past. An ever present ‘us vs. them’ feeling, keeping you on edge and maybe lose some sleep.

BREAKING NEWS: ‘They’ are just over the border, off the coast of the State, coming in boats like landing craft on D-Day. Are YOU safe?? Watch the “buy my crap” news team, tonite!

How many generations are we talking about here? How many different ‘others’ have their been in the last 17 years… 40 years… 60, 80 years… All being fed fears of ‘us against them’, to the benefit of only those who profit from fear and hate. The people who profit from constructing walls. Who profit when we fear a someone and need to protect our something. So we RUSH RIGHT OUT and BUY a thing that will stop a them. Because we are designed to. Intentionally.

The science of mental health is successful because we have learned what makes the mind work the way it does. After all, it is a science. We know how to treat diseases of the mind because we find their origins, and follow the evolution of a mind from childhood to adulthood. In order to treat the disease successfully, we must know what causes it… This means we must know, necesarily, how to destroy a mind as well as how to heal it.

Through the scientific method, with determination the size of the American Spirit, anything is possible.

So, stop and attempt to understand the origin of your rage. If these groups of people are so dangerous and such a threat that we must spend millions to stop them, but they will keep coming, and more walls need to be built… People say we have to secure the borders to stop terrorists. Stop terrorists? From WITHOUT? I have two words to say to that- Timothy McVeigh. The people from abroad who seek to do our country harm are nothing compared to the homegrown version we cultivate currently. America First.

The natural emotional responses of the human mind are studied by commercial industries to sell brands. To make you remember who has the best fries in America. So you will remember what car maker is “going places”. To drill into your head what meat Bigfoot likes to eat. You should enjoy this meat product because you relate to some thing or person that situation and outcome…

Once we understand the triggers, the emotional response that is desired, and the action implied, we will see who stands on the side of The People. We have to come together and see we’re all on the same side of the street. We are all standing waiting for a bus, wishing for a better life for ourselves and our family, not wanting to be standing here waiting for the bus! We are all striving to be heard and being yelled down by someone who knows better than ourselves.

We are all human, born imperfect and striving for perfection, and everyone should remember that, and show compassion because we’ve all been there, or will be someday…

What makes you mad? Why are you so mad that you could scream?

I promise the solution to this is SPEAKING OUT. Silence is what brought us here, and silence will bring us more of the same. Share ideas, share feelings, share the joy we find when we give a hand to others, and lend an ear to gain knowledge. No one grows as a person, through war. War breaks people down. War grinds strong people to dust slowly over decades. You wanna find answers on a spiritual level? Listen to the heartache of another human being and give emotional support. You might find answers to problems in your life by helping someone else with their’s.

…at least that’s how I see it.

“By Hook, or By Crook…”

Donald Trump is Our President, and we should make no mistake about that. The idea that he is illegitimate is wrong. The law provided the structure for our President to be elected. It also endowed the power to remove the President to the elected representatives. In 2017, Our Constitution oversaw the peaceful transition of power, power given by The People.

The Law provided the ‘method’, Donald J. Trump provided the ‘means’.

Now we have to ask, how does that stand within ourselves? Are we “Good with this?” Or do we want the “system” to CHANGE?

Everyone is interpreting the polling data WRONG. More people see this as a “Which Hunt” because we ALL see crimes have been committed, and NOTHING HAPPENS. Dr. Ronny Jackson is passing out pills to the Prez and his peeps, while a black man with a family sits in prison for WEED.

And all along we fight, brother vs. brother, while Russia, China, N. Korea, Germany, France, Canada, and Mexico are watching. As we judge the actions of everyone, from the leader of the Committee to Elect Donald J. Trump for President, to the treasurer on down, we wonder where the equal enforcement of Law has gone. There is a missing piece to this puzzle we are not being given.

All Americans understand why we are not told. We understand classified intel exists for ONE PURPOSE and we accept that. When the HONOR that once was associated with that purpose is discarded, and those who continue to maintain their HONOR are made to look like they stand against our People… AND NO Officer, either elected or appointed, does ANYTHING?!!

Of Course we SCREAM “Which Hunt!”

The corruption of unseen money ROTS a system based on HONOR. It creates a conflict of interest within a mortal man, pitting the choice between survival of family vs. survival of society. IF the benefit of society is to create stability and prosperity for ALL who seek it, then Donald J. Trump has beautifully demonstrated where the weaknesses are in our current election system.

He is, under Constitutional Law as it stands today, our Commander in Chief. And until we recognize the scope and abilities that are ‘part and parcel’ of the Office We have created, and own it FULLY…

History shows where “witch hunts” end.

We have been given the Power to CHANGE that destiny. We, The PEOPLE, are the only one’s who can DEMAND it. United. Demand it from Our Leaders… accountability, transparency, ACTION for the People, not the moneyed interests. The Vote, a POWER WEILDED by THE PEOPLE every two years, to enact change, or to ensure our shared prosperity, however We see fit.

Pick Your Poison: “Red Sauce or Blue Sauce?”

No matter HOW MUCH sauce you pour on it, we all know what’s in the middle of this sandwich. None of us are really fooling anyone. C’mon… you think Hannity is hoping to make headway in an ideological discussion with Rachel Maddow? Do you side with Alex Jones because his persuasive arguments will finally (finally!) convince Lawrence O’Donnell he was wrong about Hillary Clinton all along?

No body believes that a nomination to the Supreme Court is the end-all beat-all for a political victory. And all of the petty bickering and shockingly mean spirited actions taken by the likes of Senator Mitch McConnell BLOCKING a sitting President from making a nomination, it shows EXACTLY who you are, Sir. You don’t fool ANYONE on the right or the left.

You did it because Barack Obama is black.

Its getting very old. I believe there are more people in this country who feel like I do, than their are voters who participated in the 2016 elections. Take a 50/50 slice of the electorate. Normal split, red/blue, as every talking head will preach to you. Now, split those into 2, with your extremes separated out, and the middle ground in between of both sides put into one group.

I’m gonna bet I identify with the 2 extreme groups more often than not. And the MAJORITY of the people in this country who are active voters and know what is really occurring will side with me a majority of the time.

The old idea of a candidate securing his base in the primary elections by going extreme to the right/left, then coming back to a centrist position for the general election, is old hat. You can fool enough people to squeak by, but it creates a sort of “floppy” elected official. Someone who will stand up at a microphone to call for an end to violence in our schools, but has passed no legislation to stop the violence in our schools!… Ted Cruz of TEXAS.

Now, I will give Sen. McConnell credit. He has a spine of steel. Seemingly unwavering in the face of anything. But, as I said before… racism has no place in this country. And we can see a racist very clearly. I know the majority of Americans who want this country to be truly UNITED feel the same as I do. When we elect a racist, we will get the whole package that goes with it. Sexism, fear and intimidation as tools to hold others down, personal agendas over helping to build community and sustainability.

Well… exceptions would include uniting the community of discrimination and division.

It has become difficult to see where the bad actors are. With the money being spent to influence our daily information input, we may not even get a clear idea of who is funding OUR OWN SIDE. The light speed input on Twitter can make your head spin. But do not lose sight of the idea that BOTH SIDES are spending money to do two things- 1.) de-motivate the OTHER SIDE to NOT participate in the elections and 2.) steer their side toward “pro-Our-Side-Rocks!!” initiatives and organizations.

Bells and whistles. Paint on an old car. It’s gonna wind up with the same outcome that we had in 2006, or 2010, or 2014, or pick your election cycle. The political pendulum swings very predictably! History shows clearly how, where, and when what will happen. Voters can be like sheep, and politicians are keenly aware! We can choose to go down this same path and see the same song covered by a new band, or see the re-boot of a classic movie, only the new actors are worse somehow, because we know they are morally bankrupt IRL.

We, the forgotten People, who are sick of the some old shit playing out in the same old tired way, demand a change. Not from the right. Not from the left. But from the MIDDLE. If the “leaders” cannot compromise to find solutions, then it is time to send a true REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE to the White House. Someone who is not entangled so deeply in other organizations that they have to divest and create “blind trusts” to create the illusion of not profiting off of the office.

How about we elect a WOUNDED VET to the Presidency? A vet who’s lost their legs in service to this country, would damn sure have the honorable moral compass necessary to lead this country. Or a parent of one of the children who lost their lives in one of the endless school shootings. MSDHS, Santa Fe, Newtown, Columbine… We have ALL been DUPED into believing our fellow countrymen are evil and are the enemy.

OUR ENEMY IS IGNORANCE. OUR WEAPON IS KNOWLEDGE.

We must begin to acknowledge the mistakes of our collective past, and tear down our mental perceptions of what is, in order to make things how they should be! When we UNITE and say “No!” to those who only want to silence and divide, or want to enrage and make others afraid, we can stop the endless cycles. Of anger. Of hate. Of belittlement. The stepping upon one, to get past another.

So, a call to the EXTREMES of American Political Society- UNITE or remain DIVIDED! Being so extremely opposed, the one thing all can come together on is the only saving grace at this moment. We hold close within us, ideals that run generations deep. By questioning WHY we feel certain feelings at certain moments that are COUNTER to what we believe, answers will come swiftly. All we have to say is-

“I’m sorry, I don’t believe that anymore.”

Men, Women, Black, White, AMERICAN. If we are not united, we will not make it. It only works TOGETHER. No One should be opposed to OPEN discussion. No One should be opposed to EQUALITY. No One should be opposed to THE LAW. EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER LAW. And what’s good for the goose must be good for the gander.

I’m not talking about Communism. I’m talking about the Power of the People’s commitment to each other! Our sacred duty of ensuring we get this right! Our Democracy. It is time to make this happen. The enemies of The People are crowding around, look at the US, salivating. Ready to take a piece of the pie.
