Even though we know this Court has no problem ignoring its own precedent and casually legislating from the bench, I do not believe they are willing to sacrifice ANY Federal authority in this instance, as it would put their extremist ideological cabal at a political disadvantage once the Electoral College falls.

IF we are to proceed… with PEACE or with WAR… with contentment or with malice… what good would come from it, if it’s not upheld beyond the next election? What good the WORDS with which it would be written? What strength would be conveyed by the message sent… what value would be added to the PAPER upon which it were written.

How long would it be before the sanctity was desecrated… how long ’til the dogs of war tear asunder the principles enshrined within such a document… how bright would the luminosity grow, if it were tossed into the fires of damnation.

How much more blood and treasure must be sacrificed… how much more must we ALL sacrifice… in order to establish PEACE, or condemn us to more insufferable WAR.

Stacks of cordwood, chest high as far as the eye could see. Sons and daughters… brothers and patriots… for what good? For how long? To what end… for what length of TIME must we fight?

How many more will be enough? Will it ever be enough to prove our commitment, to an ideology enshrined by the grudges of DEADMEN… long forgotten by a generation newly born.

I forget the names and the faces, as do so many more to come. Forced upon us because of their IGNORANCE… their PRIDE… the egos of generations PAST dictate to us our actions NOW, even though they no longer suffer the consequences of foolish endeavors.

WE pay the price for their failings, even as they lie in their graves. Shall we continue to pay that price as we lie in our graves… indebted to their ignorance, chained by their prejudices?

More BLOOD. More OIL. More GOLD… more children.

Shall we continue to sacrifice our future to HONOR the past? Or shall we raise them up, and offer them in tribute… to ensure it will be NO MORE.

Set fire to our history, as it has led us here… to this time and place.
