Our dog, Charlie, has become ill. He either has a disk issue that is causing swelling next to his spine, or it’s a tumor. He’s not able to get around very well at the moment on his own and will require extra help while he’s healing. That’s if it’s a ruptured disk. If it’s not… well, there’s not much we’ll be able to do.
We don’t have $5000. Thankfully, we have enough to cover the ER expenses.
So, at this time I am suspending my campaign through the end of October. I will need the extra time to help Charlie and give him the best chance at recovery. I will re-evaluate the situation come November 1st and go from there.
Regardless of the outcome, I will be back on the stump. Right now… family comes first.
